When booking your massage appointment, it is important to be aware of our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

• Non-refundable deposit: Please note that a $25 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your appointment.
• No call-No show policy: In the event of a no-show, where you do not provide any prior notice and miss your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to a 100% charge. Please be mindful of this policy to avoid any inconvenience or unexpected charges.
• Same day cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day, a 75% charge will be applied. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but please notify us as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience.
• Packages purchased must be used with the same therapist each session. Gifting or sharing sessions is not permitted.
